Recently,  I had the day off from work. It was raining outside and the darkening sky hung over the city like a damp rag. Wondering how I could get the most out of my free time, I decided to head over to the MET.  The Metropolitan Museum of Art located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is an architectural marvel and a world renowned cultural icon.  It houses some of the world's most famous works of art including the popular sculpture garden,  which is one of my favorite hangouts at the MET. In todayś hectic world it seems to get harder and harder to gain a sense of inner peace and well being. Work, school, family and other obligations consume so much of our time. Over time, life´s pressures take an enormous toll on our overall health-- be it physical, emotional or spiritual. There must be some way that we can regain and maintain stability in our lives.
